Martin and Sophia were both hardworking parents with hectic and busy lives. Between the demands of work and parenting, they had little time for personal time, me time, and movie time unless it was with their daughter Adriana.

Neither one of the parents could remember a night at the movies where the film was not animated or that the primary patron was expected to be a child. They loved their little family but sometimes it would be nice if they could spend some time with just each other and get an opportunity to watch a movie together like when they were dating. 

Determined to get that opportunity, Martin and Sophia planned an evening at home. They both asked to leave a little bit early on a Friday. Together, they cleaned and took care of various chores and took Adriana to a playground at the mall and had a nice family dinner. Adriana seemed so happy and the trip wore her out. After tucking Adriana in bed, Martin and Sophia got ready to watch a movie. Martin made popcorn and Sophia turned the streaming service on and started looking for an interesting movie or show to watch.

Smiling, Martin said cheers with popcorn and Sophia answered affirming that it was to them. They laughed and proceeded to get comfy and start looking for something new and good to watch.
