Did I say like a romcom or stereotypical date night romantic movie? Sure enough before even getting a chance to celebrate the evening with a kiss, there is an unmistakable thud of a door.

Then it was followed by the next step in the domino when the scurrying of little fit walking briskly down the hall. Martin and Sophia sigh and get ready for the invasion. So much for an uninterrupted night at home. Sophia stops the movie and Martin moves the popcorn off the couch and makes sure there is no hint of disappointment as he switches to dad mode. 

That was when the sounds of feet got closer to the door. There was a pause and then the door creaked open slowly and the steadily opened as Adriana burst into the room.
